Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods or items with expiration dates
- Digital products or downloads once accessed
- Items marked as final sale
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact us at soporte@ventasguillen.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
6. International Orders
International returns follow the same policy. However, return shipping costs and any customs duties are the customer's responsibility. Refunds for international orders may take up to 15 business days to process due to international banking timelines.
7. Exchanges
We process exchanges as a return followed by a new purchase. Follow the return process above, and once approved, place a new order for the desired item.
