2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) as the base currency.
• Prices displayed in other currencies (CAD, EUR, GBP, MXN, etc.) are approximate conversions based on current exchange rates and may vary slightly at the time of payment.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of checkout is the final price for your order.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but minor variations may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

• We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as other payment methods supported by Stripe in your region.
• Payments can be made in multiple currencies including USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, and MXN.
• 3D Secure authentication may be required for fraud prevention. This provides an additional layer of security for your transactions.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Ventas Guillen offers international shipping to over 55 countries. All orders are shipped under the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) model.

• The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may be assessed upon delivery.
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and carrier availability.
• Ventas Guillen is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, weather, or other events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• The customer must contact us before initiating a return to receive a return authorization.
• For international returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ventas Guillen website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of Ventas Guillen and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ventas Guillen shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities, nor for any delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico, specifically the Ley Federal de Proteccion al Consumidor (Federal Consumer Protection Law) and applicable Mexican e-commerce regulations.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under Mexican jurisdiction, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws.
